RESOLUTION NO. 6375
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6254 CHANGING THE
COMPLETION AND OVERHEAD POLE REMOVAL DATES FOR UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DlSTRfCT NO. 7
WHEREAS, on August 5, 1980, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
adopted Resolution No. 6254 setting the time to be ready to connect to the
underground electric system in Underground Utility District No. 7; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 6254 established a completion date of the
underground system as December 31, 1980 with overhead poles to be removed
by January 15, 1981; and
WHEREAS, San Diego Gas & Electric has experienced an unavoidable delay
in receiving materials necessary to meet the foregoing schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. That the date on which the underground system is to be completed is
March 15, 1981 and overhead poles are to be removed by March 31, 1981.
2. That a certified copy of this resolution be recorded in the County
Recorder's Office and also mailed to each affected property owner.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the - 2nd day of December
1980, by the following vote, to wit:
