I RESOLUTION NO. 6376 I IA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE
!ROOT PRUNING MACHINE.

IPURCHASING OFFICER TO INVITE BIDS FOR A
WHEREAS, the qity Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
jetermined that it lis necessary and in the public interest to acquire a
?oat Pruning machine; and
MHEREAS, specilfications for said root pruning machine have been
wepared and have deen filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City
if Carl sbad;

NOW, THEREFORC, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Zarlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the dpecifications are hereby approved.
3. That the Purchasing Officer of the City is hereby authorized and

Pirected to proceed to publish in accordance with law, Notice to Vendors
inviting bids for the root pruning machine hereinabove described in
3ccordance with specifications hereinabove referred to.
