RESOLUTION NO. 6384
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFiER OF FUNDS FOR AUTOMATED REGIONAL
JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM (ARJIS)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of eleven thousand, five hundred and eighteen
dollars ($1 1,518) for participation in Automated Regional Justice Information
System (ARJIS) be made from the Contingency Fund to the Police Department
Pol ice Investigation - Office Equipment Rental Account is hereby authorized
and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 40 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Calrsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of December , 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
