A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
STATE-CIITY AGREEMENT NO. 11-5308 TO PROVIDE RE-
IMBURSEMENT FOR AN EMERGENCY RELIEF PROJECT
CARLSBACI, CALI FORN I A, APPROV I NG AN AMENDMENT TO

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That ce'rtain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and State of
California Department of Transportation for reimbursement for emergency relief
projects is hereby amended by the addition of Supplement No. 3.
2.

The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said a~greement for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APP'ROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of I
the City of Carlsbad held the 16thday of December , 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
