A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHO~IZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE P$RCHASE OF A TANDEM ROLLER AND TRAILER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Webb Equipment Company; 940 "K" Street; San Diego,
California 92101 , is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a tandem roller and
trailer for the total price of $24,116.48,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Carlsbad at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of December , 1980, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
