RESOLUTION NO. 6391
A RESOLUTI~ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNI~, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTlONIOF THE COMMUNITY SWIM COMPLEX
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
follows:

That the transfer of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand Six Hundred
Ninety Eight Dollars ($230,698) from the Federal Revenue Sharing Unappro-
priated Reserves, Account No. 22-000-0900, to the Community Swim Complex
Project Account, No. 22-170-3030, is hereby authorized and approved.

2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 41 is on file in
said department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.

PASSES, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regplar meeting held the 16th day of December , 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
