CALIFORNIA; APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR UNIT NO. 1
OF TENTATIVE MAP CT 75-6B
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 21st day of Octo-
)er 1975 adopted Resolution No. 3771 approving, with conditions, Tentative Map
, :T 75-6; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 9th day of March

adopted Resolution No. 3860 revising the conditions of approval for Tenta-
Map CT 75-6; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 7th day of June
adopted Resolution No. 5098 approving, with conditions, an extension of
for Tentative Map CT 75-6; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 15th day of

1980 adopted Resolution No. 6148 approving, with conditions, Tentative
4ap revision CT 75-6@; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one year extension of time for
said maps from February 11, 1981 to February 11, 1982;
NOW, THEREFOREJBE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
A. That the aBove recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT 75-68 is hereby extended subject to the
execution and/or ful(i llment of a1 1 the conditions of Resolution Nos. 3771 ,
3860, 5098 and 6148.
