A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFONIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A ROOT PRUNING MACHINE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Vermeer-California; 1733 S. Vineyard Avenue; Ontario,
California
authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a root pruning machine
91761, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
for the total price of $19,459.48.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Carlsbad at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of January , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
