A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAFGSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN INDEMNITY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD AND THE PLAZA CAMINO REAL
FOR CITY'S ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS (36-INCH SEWER LINE) AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
The City Council, of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the agreement entitled "Indemnity Agreement" ,
dated February 10 , 1981, on file with the City Clerk
and incorporated by reference herein, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.

City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on
the loth day Of Feb , 1981 by the following vote,
to wit:
