RESOLUTION NO. 6444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ONE-YEAR FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT 79-7
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 18th day of
September, 1979 , adopted Resol uti on No. 1544 approvi ng, wi th conditions ,
Tentative Map CT 79-7; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time
for said maps from April 3, 1981 to April 3, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carl sbad as fol 1 ows :
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT 79-7 is hereby extended subject to the
execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of Resolution No. 1544.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad at a regular meeting held thei7th day Of Februarv , 1981 by
the following vote, to wit:
