The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby declare its intention to proceed under the provisions of Street Vacation Act of 1941 to vacate that certain portion of Jefferson Avenue located on the westerly side of the street, immediately south of the overpass, across Interstate 5, and on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 6 P.M. on April 7, 1981, for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed vacation. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held the 3rd day of March 7 1981, by the following vote, to wit: AYES; Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin NOES: None ABSENT: ~~~e .-ONALD C.
