RESOLUTION NO. 6454
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AFFIRMING
THE DISCIPLINARY ACTION TAKEN BY THE
CHIEF OF POLICE IN THE CASE OF SERGEANT JOSEPH E. HASENAUER.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received the Personnel Board
recommendation on the Appeal of Sergeant JOSEPH E. HASENAUER; and
WHEREAS , the City Council concurs in the recommendation
of the board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. Th.at the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council affirms the action taken by
the Chief o'f Police in the Case of Sergeant JOSEPH E. HASENAUER.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 3rd day of March , 1981,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
