RESOLUTION NO. 6465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FRONT LINE FEES FOR CERTAIN WATER LINES CONSTRUCTED UNDER CITY OF CARLSBAD CONTRACT 1070.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Code (Sect. 14.24.040) requires that
Council set pipeline fees; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad installed certain water lines under City
Contract 1070; and
WHEREAS, pipeline fees have been computed based on actual contract
costs and pro-rated to fronting property on a per foot basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. Pipeline fees are established for work done under Contract 1070 and
generally described as follows:
Beech from Ocean to Carlsbad Blvd. $13.31 Cypress from Ocean to Carlsbad Blvd. 11.49 A1 der Street 13.49 Palm from Pi0 Pic0 to Adams 10.54 Garfield from Elm to 307 feet north 11.97 Garfield from Beech to Cypress 13.81
The Director of Utilities & Maintenance is directed to record these 3.
fees on the master plat map maintained in the office of the department.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 3rd day of March , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
