HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-03-17; City Council; Resolution 64661 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 &SOLUTION NO. 6466 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TMNSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENCY RESERVE ACCOUNT FOR POLICE PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, AQUA HEDIONDA LAGOON PROGRAM, BUILDING DEPART- MENT CONTRACT INSPECTION SERVICES, AND PERSONNEL TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PURPOSES; IN ADDITION TO APPROVING FINANCE DEPARTMENT APPRO- PRIATION TRANSFER #54 PROVIDING FOR POLICE DEPART- MENT MID-YEAR ACCOUNT APPROPRIATIONS ADJUSTMENT. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: 1. That the transfer of eighty-three thousand, one hundred and forty-five dollars 01-139-2450, be made to the following accounts for the specified purposes and amounts: ($83,145) from the contingency reserve, 2. $47,754 to Account #01-181-2650, and $2,000 to account #01-182-2650, Police Petroleum Products to account for the estimated balance of Fiscal 1980-81 Police Department petroleum product purchases. 3. $13,990 to Account #01-166-2951, and $2,001 to Account #01-166-2670 to account for the balance of Fiscal 1980-81 appro- priations required to fund the Aqua Hedionda Lagoon Program. 4. $5,000 to Account #01-118-2450, Building Department Professional Services to account for the temporary employment of outside contract services for the replacement of an injured Building Inspector. 5. $9,200 to Account #01-112-2890 and $3,200 to Account #01-112-2450 to account for the balance of Fiscal 1980-81 appro- priations required for Personnel Training and Professional Services purposes. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 e 9 10 i1 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 6. The Department of Finance Fund Transfers No. 54 and No. 60 on file in said department and incorporated by reference herein are approved. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of March, 1981 by the following vote, to wit: AYES: NOES: None Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear and Kulchin ABSENT: Council Member Lewis (Seal) -2-
