RESOLUTION NO. 6468
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLAPJS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR- IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE REPARATION OF PASEO DEL NORTE - C9NT.RACT IO90
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to repair the failed pavement areas on
Paseo del Norte,
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, mate-
rials, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1090, have been prepared and are on file
in the Engineering Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Crty Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlshad is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for the reparation of portions of Paseo Del Norte in accordance
with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the L-day of Ma,r&
