RESOLUTION NO. 6485
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSIONER
To THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR ZONE 1.
WHEREAS, CARL NEISWENDER has resigned as a Commiskiioner of the San Diego
County Flood Control for Zone 1, effective April 16, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Carlsbad is the agency responsible for recommending an
individual to serve for Zone 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following-named person is hereby recommended for appointment
by the Board of Supervisors to serve as a Commissioner for Zone 1 of the
San Diego County Flood Control to fill the unexpired term which will expire
in October, 1984:
Bob Mosier
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held the7lSt day of
APr;il , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
