6488 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND
FONTANA AND MUDGE, A DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
WHEREBY THE CITY WILL ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE
DEVELOPER FOR PROVISION OF AN EIR.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
3oes hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad
md Fontana and Mudge, for provision of EIR funds, a copy of
;nihich is on file with the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby author-
ized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, held on the 21st day of
April, 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Wers Packard, Casler, hear, Ms and Kdchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: bne
