NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That all bids for fire hose are hereby rejected.
That the revised specifications as presented are hereby approved.
That the Purchasing Officer of the City is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, Notice to Vendors
inviting bids for fire hose hereinabove described in accordance with
specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at an adjourned regular meeting held the 21st day of April ,
1981, by the following vote, to wit:
