RESOLUTION NO. 6502
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING
A GIFT OF MONEY TOWARD THE PURCHASE OF
A TRAINING RECORDER AND CASSETTE.
WHEREAS, The Woman's Club of Carlsbad wishes to make a donatior
of five hundred dollars ($500.00) toward the purchase of a train-
ing recorder and cassette for use by the Paramedics; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money toward
the purchase of a training recorder and cassette for Paramedic
use on behalf of all the citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 2lst day of Ap ril r
1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Mers Packard, Cask, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES:
ABSENT: None
