RESOLUTION NO. 6508
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REJECTING BIDS AND INVITING NEW BIDS FOR THE REPAIR OF PASEO DEL NORTE - CONTRACT 1090
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
iecessary and in the public interest to repair the failed pavement areas on
'aseo del Norte; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, mate-
*ials, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
iental for said project, Contract No. 1090, have been prepared and are on file
in the Engineering Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
LS follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications, as presented, are hereby approved.
The bids received on April 18, 1981 are hereby rejected.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
-ected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting new bids for the repair of portions of Paseo del Norte in accordance
rith the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
:alifornia, at a regular meeting held the 5th day of my , 1981 by
the following vote, to wit:
