RESOLUTION NO. 6520
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 1092 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINS
ON WALNUT AND SYCAMORE AVENUES
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the con-
struction of storm drains on Walnut and Sycamore, Contract No. 1092; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by Mladen
Buntich Construction Co. in the amount of $41,164; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 1-170-3031 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $41,164 by Mladen Buntich Construction Co. for the con-
struction of stoem drains on Walnut and Sycamore, Contract No. 1092, is here-
by accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
at a regular meeting held the 19th day of %Y 7 1981:
