RESOLUTION NO. 6521
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad established Street
Lighting District No. 1 on June 21, 1977; and
WHEREAS, the Utilities & Maintenance Manager is required to submit a
report for Street Lighting District No. 1 in accordance with Chapter 3,
Division 14, commencing with Section 18040 of the Streets and Highway Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The Annual Report of the Utilities & Maintenance Manager dated
April 24, 1981 is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Council held on the 19th day of May , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear & Kuldhin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member hear
