RESOLUTION NO. 6529
ITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFONIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR RAD1 0 MA1 NTENANCE .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Quigley Communications, Inc.; 1933 South Hill Street;
Oceanside, California 92054, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for radio maintenance in the amount
of $9,281.40 for fiscal year 1981 -82.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting held on the 19th day
of - , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
