RESOLUTION NO. 6549
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND ENVICOM FOR
PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
FOR A 95.5 ACRE PROJECT IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD.
The City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the city of Carlsbad an
Envicom for preparation of an environmental impact report for a 95.
scre project, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor of the city of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
snd directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the cit
Df Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Jity Council of the city of Carlsbad, held on the 2nd day of June,
L981, by the following vote, to wit:
