6550 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND JOSEPH SHERMAN, A DEVELOPER
WHEREBY THE CITY WILL ACCEPT FUNDS FROM THE
DEVELOPER FOR PROVISION OF AN EIR.
The City Council of the city of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That certain agreement between the city of Carlsbad an
Joseph Shermanfor provision of EIR funds, a copy of which is on fil
uith the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by reference, is hereb
spproved.
2. The Mayor of the city of Carlsbad is hereby authorized
2nd directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the cit
3f Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Xty Council of the city of Carlsbad, held on the 2nd day of June,
L981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Menibem Packard, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Cmcil Wer Casler
