RESOLUTION NO. 6551
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
THE PURCHASE OF A VAN TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Dixon Ford; 5555 Paseo del Norte; Carlsbad,
Ealifornia 92008, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
wthorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a van truck for a
total price of $17,362.80.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the June 2, , 1981 , by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Menibers Packard, hear, Ms and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Casler
