RESOLUT I ON NO. 6553
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT CORRECTION TO
LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO.
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT CORRECTION
1 1-5308 AND AUTHOR1 Z i NG
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the Program Supplement Correction to Local Agency-State Agree-
ment No. 11-5308, a copy of which is attached and incorporated herein by ref-
erence, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Program Supplement Correction on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 2nd day of .A” , 1981, by the
following vote, to wit:
