HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-06-16; City Council; Resolution 65671 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 6567 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR- IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE DOWNTOWN STREET LIGHT CONVERSIONS - CONTRACT NO. 1106 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is necessary and in the public interest to convert the downtown street lights from mercury vapor to high pressure sodium operation; and WHEREAS, specifications for the furnishing of a1 labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project, Contract No. 1106, have been prepared and are on file in the Engineer- ing Department and are incorporated by reference herein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: to h he re at a 1.
