RESOLUTION NO. 6571
A RESOILUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF SUBDRAINS IN PASEO DEL NORTE
BE IT RESOILVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the Transfer of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Eleven Dollars
($12,311) from the City Manager's Contingency Reserve, Account No. 1-139-2450,
to Gas Tax Street Overlay Account, No. 2-200-2410, is hereby authorized and
approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 97 on file in said de-
partment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 16th day of June , 1981, by the foilow-
ing vote, to wit:

NOES: None
