RESOLUTION NO. 6572
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SUBDRAINS IN PASEO DEL NORTE
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT NO. 1090
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for construction
of subdrains in Paseo Del Norte, Contract No. 1090; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by Scibilia
G Sons in the amount of $81,477; and
WHEREAS, funds are available for this project in Account No. 2-200-2410.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsba
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct;.
2. The bid of $81,477 for the construction of subdrains in Paseo Del
Norte, Contract No. 1090, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 16th day of June , 1981, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Wers Packard, Casler, hear, Lewis and Kdchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: 'he
