RESOLUTION NO. 6580
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A TURF TRACTOR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the bid of Scott Machinery Company; 9370 Miramar Road; San
Diego, California 92126, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a turf tractor for a
total price of $10,679.82.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of June , 1951
by the following vote, to wit:

Council Members Packard, Casler, hear, Lewis and Kulchin
ABSENT: None
