6594 RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A COMPENSATION PLAN FOR COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICIALS FOR THE 1981-82 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 has determined to make adjustments in
compensation for Council appointed officials;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of
Carl sbad as foll ows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Salary Schedule for City Council appointed officials for
the 1981-82 fiscal year shall be as follows:
City Attorney $1 766 3i -weekly
City Manager $1862 Bi-weekly
3. City Council appointed officials shall receive the benefits of the
Management Compensation Plan for the 1981-82 fiscal year, effective
June 7, 1981, except:
A, Section H shall not apply. Separation of the City Manager
and City Attorney is contrcjlled by Municipal Code Chapters 2.12 and 2.14
respectively.
3. The City Attorney shall be authorized to receive the amount of
$1 15 per month in 1 ieu of coverage under the City's health and medical
insurance plan provided by Section J.
4. The City Manage? shall receive a car allowance of $250 per month.
The City Attorney shall receive a car allowance of $225 per month.
5. The City Fianager shall receive a bonus of $1,000.

follwoing vote, to wit:
