A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6561, ISSUING A CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO FRANK N. BARBER1
DBA FRANK'S CAB TO CHANGE THE NAM.E TO CARLSBAD TAXICAB COMPANY.
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1981, the City Council by the adoption of
:esolution No. 6561, approved the issuance of a Certificate of
:onvenience and Necessity to Frank N. Barberi, dba, Frank's Cab
:o operate taxicab service within the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, Frank N. Barberi has notified the City of a requested
:hange of name from Frank N. Barberi, dba Frank's Cab, to Frank
il. Barberi dba Carlsbad Taxicab Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Df Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That Section 3 of Resolution No. 6561 be amended to note
the name change from Frank N. Barberi dba Frank's Cab to Frank
N. Barberi dba Carlsbad Taxicab Company.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, on the 7th day of July , 1981,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council raerribers Packard, Casler, hear, Lewis and Kulchb
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
