RESOLUTION NO. 6608
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CARLSBAD APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE PAY-
MENT OF ROND DEBT SERVICE FOR WATER REVENUE
BONDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82.
WHER-EAS, the City of Carlsbad Water Enterprise annually
pays Debt Service costs for three Water Revenue Bond issues; and
WHEREAS, these payments are due and payable on the first
day of July and the first day of January’each year; and
WHEREAS, the annual budget for the Water Enterprise should
include an appropriation of funds for said payments during
fiscal year 1981-82; and
WHEREAS, funds have not yet been appropriated for the pay-
ment of these Bond payments in fiscal year 1981-82; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available within the Water
Enterprise Fund for said payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that funds in the amount of
$180,000 are hereby appropriated from the Water Enterprise Fund
for the payment of Bond Debt Service expenses during fiscal year
1981-82.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 21st day of July 1981 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Menhers Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kdchin
