WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Library received and completed a one-year
Planning Grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH); and
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNClL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAB, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SUBMIT NATIONAL ENDOWMENT FOR THE: HUMANITIES GRANT APPLICATION.

WHEREAS, the Library now wishes to submit an application for a one-year
Implementation Grant from NEH;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:

That staff is hereby authorized and directed to submit said application.
