RESOLUTION NO. 6618
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER AND THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD FOR THE PURCHASE OF MACARIO CANYON
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City o:E Carlsbad, California,
loes hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain agreement between Carlsbad
teseach Center and the City of Carlsbad entitled "PURCHASE AND
;ALE AGREEMENT AND ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS (MACARIO CANYON) It, a copy
If which is attached hereto marked Exhibit A and made a part
iereof, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
iuthorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
iehalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
