RESOLUTION NO. 6626
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1093 FOR THE
LA COSTA CANYON PARK
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for
:he construcbion of La Costa Canyon Park, Contract No. 1093; and
WHEREAS, the low bid for Alternate I1 received for this pro-
ject was submitted by Palomar Paving and Grading Company in the
imount of $103,709.58; and
WHEREAS, funds are or will be available in Account No. 26-223-
3101 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
If Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid for Alternate I1 of $103,709.58 by Palomar Paving
2nd Grading Company for the construction of La Costa Canyon Park,
:ontract No. 1093, is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
3re hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
Df Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 4th day of August I
1981, by the following votes, to wit:
