A RESOLUTION OF TIEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAfiTSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AGXPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACI' NO. 1106 FOR THE CONVERSICRJ OF "ID@l
STREET LIGHTS
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the conversion
If doWnt0;wn street lights for the City, Contract No. 1106; and
"%S, the low bid received for this project was s-tted by Mccain Con-
ltruction Cosrrpany in the muntof $38,085,00; and
WHEREAS, funds are or Will be available in Account No. 15-170-3117 for this
ro j ect ;
NW, THEZWQRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
1, The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $38,085.00 by McCain Construction Campany for the conversion
If downtown street lights for the City, Contract No. 1106, is hereby accepted
nd the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPR(XTED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad at
t regular meeting held the 4th day of August , 1981, by the following vote,
