RESOLUTION NO. 6633
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FOR CONSULTANT AGREEMENT ON CIRCULATION
ELEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
follows :
1. The transfer of Twenty-one Thousand Five-Hundred Dollars
($21,500) from the Contingency Reserve, Account No. 1-139-2450, to
the Engineering Professional Services Account No. 1-127-2450, is
hereby authorized and approved.
2. The Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 3 is on file
in the Finance Department and incorporated by reference herein is
approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 4th day of
1981, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None
