A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALI-
FORNIA, VACATING PERENNE PLACE S!ILSJECT TO CERTAIN RESERVATIONS ---- --
,The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That all publication and posting of notices.regardinythe proposed vaca-
tion of Perenne Place pursuant to Reso1uti.on of Intention No. 6480 have been
given as required by law.

2. That the City Council did hear the evidence offered by all persons in-
terested in said proposed street vacation and does find from all the evidence
submitted that Perenne Place, located in the City of Carlsbad, Cdunty of San
Diego, State of California, and particularly descr'ibed on Exhibit A, attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary for present or
prospective street purposes.
3. That the City Council does hereby make this order vacating said
Perenne Place condltioned on the approval of the final map of CT 81-32.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
Courici 1 held on the 15thday of September
