RESOLUTION NO. 6664
A FCESOLIPTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY C
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
MARGARET MURRAY BROWNLEY ROADWAY EASEMENT PURPOSES. FOR
WHEREAS, MARGARET MURRAY BROWNLEY has submitted a Grant
ed conveying an easement to the City of Carlsbad
r roadway purposes ; said Deed # 90 is on file in the
fice of the City Clerk and is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREASr the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it to be
