RESOLUTION NO. 6681
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFONIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF METAL BLEACHERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the bid of Stadiums Unlimited, P. 0. Box 17930, Irvine,
California 92713, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of metal bleachers for a
price of $6,234, plus tax, for a total of $6,608.04.
PASSED APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of October 1981 by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
