A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, FECOMMENDING THE APPOINTMENT OF A~COMMISSIGNER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR ZONE 1.
WHEREAS, BOB MOSIER has resigned as a Commissioner of the
Diego County Flood Control for Zone 1, effective September
1981; and
WHEREAS, Carlsbad is the agency responsible for recommending
individual to serve for zone 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following-named person is hereby recommended
for appointment by the Board of Supervisors to serve as a
Commissioner for Zone 1 of the San Diego County Flood Control to
fill the unexpired term which will expire October 5, 1984:
Les Evans
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held the
6th dayof October , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
