A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE PORTION OF EL CAMIN0 RFAL NOR’EPI OF ELM
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
3s follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby declares
its intention to proceed under the provisions of public streets, highways and
service easement vacation law of 1980 to vacate portion of El Camino Real north
sf Elm Avenue.
2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at 1200
Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO P.M. on November17, 1981, for the
mrpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed
facation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
