RESOLUTION NO. 5702
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, THE APPOINTMENT OF ONE MEMBER
TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of C.R. Helton on the Carlsbad Building
Authority expires in October, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby recommended to
the Board of Supervisors, San Diego County, California, to serve
as a member of the City of Carlsbad Building Authority:
C. R. Helton , for a term to expire in
October, 1985.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the 3rd
day of Noveer , 1981, by the following vote, to wit:

ABSENT: Nme
