OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO MODULAR BUILDINGS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California
as follows:
1. That the bid of Scotsman Manufacturing and Leasing, 9292 Dowdy Drive,
San Diego, California 92126, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of two modular
buildings for a total of $110,301.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of Novder , 1981 , by
the following vote-to wit:
