RESOLUTION NO. 6712
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF A SIDE CUTTING MOWER UNIT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
7. That the bid of Smith Equipment Company, 27818 Val ley Center Road,
y Center, California 92082, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a side cutting
mower unit in the amount of $11,316, plus tax, for a total of $11,994.96.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 3rd ,day of Novder , 1981 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Menbers Packard, Casler, Imis, hear and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Nme
