RESOLUTION NO. 6713
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SWIMNING POOL ACCESSORIES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
fol 1 ows :
1. That the bid of Knorr Pool Systems, 2709 B South Orange Avenue,
Santa Ana, California 92707, for starting platforms and racing lanes as
shown in Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract for this purchase in the amount of $5,097.50,
plus tax, for a total of $5,403.35.
2. That the bid of Lincoln Equipment, Inc. , 182 Vi king Avenue, Brea,
California 92621, for the pool blanket as shown in Exhibit "A", is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
the pool blanket in the amount of $4,562.50, plus tax, for a total of
$4,836.25.
3. That the bid of Stark Manufacturing Co., 76 Broadway, Chula Vista,
92010, for the pool blanket reels as shown in Exhibit "A", is California
hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for this purchase in the amount of $2,117.00, plus tax, for a total of
$2,244.02.
