A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF
TIME: FOR TENTATIVE MAP CT79-26
WEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 20th day
1980 adopted Resolution No. 6184 approving, with conditions,

WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of time

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F33SOLVED by the City Council of the City of

A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That the Tentative Map CT 79-26 is hereby extended from
