RESOTLITION NO. 6749
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF CARISBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGJ3JCY ACCOUNT TO THE FIRE DEPAEDENT WEED AE3A" PROGRAM IN 'SHE AtD3uNT OF $15,000.00.
wHE;REAs, the City desires to establish a formal accomtifzn cost center
for the weed abaten-ent program; and
WHEEES, the appropriations must be made available within this account
for the purpose of enforcing the weed abatement program; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the contingency account;
NCIW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that transfer number 49, on file with the
Finance Department, transferring funds from contingencies to the weed
abatement program is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad, California, held an the 5th day of Jan~ary
